Rates are discounted by length of stay. A stay that is 7 days to 27 days is 10% discount, 27 days and over is 15% discount. Credit card services fees are 4%. Rentals less than 182 days are subject to 12% Florida hotel tax.
Seasonal Rate: Book 6 months and get a month free & save the 12% FL tax (If you book a 6 month stay (182 days), you will only be charged for 5 months (150 days). This also allows you to avoid the 12% Florida lodging tax, providing additional savings.)
